HOW TO ORDER

After your order is successfully placed, you will receive an order confirmation email.

DELIVERY COST

Shipping costs are calculated automatically at checkout based on the selected delivery address and destination country.

DELIVERY TIME

Orders are typically delivered within 3–6 business days.

Please note that delivery times may vary depending on the destination, local customs procedures, public holidays, and courier service availability.

DELIVERY METHODS

Orders are shipped via DPD to the address specified during checkout or to a selected pickup point, where available.

Deliveries are generally made on business days between 9:00 AM and 5:30 PM (EET).

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

Please ensure that the delivery address and contact details provided are accurate and complete.

If delivery cannot be completed due to incorrect or incomplete information provided by the customer, lack of access to the delivery address, or failure to collect the shipment from the selected pickup location within the courier’s specified timeframe, City Cocoon shall not be held responsible for the unsuccessful delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply for any subsequent delivery attempts.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email. You can use it to track your shipment directly on the DPD website and stay updated on your delivery status.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, please contact us within 14 days of delivery at info@citycocoonskincare.com. We will review the issue and do our best to resolve it as quickly as possible.
